What is Cat's Claw, U�a de Gato and how does it work?
Uncaria
tomentosa (popularly known in English as Cat's Claw, in Spanish as U�a
de Gato (Cat's Claw) or as Indian name Vilcacora) is a woody vine found
in the tropical jungles of South and Central America, which derives its
name from its claw-shaped thorns.- Cat's claw has been used for centuries in South America to prevent and treat disease.
- It
has been used for a variety of health conditions, including viral
infections (such as herpes), Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and arthritis.
- Cat's claw has been used to support the immune system and promote kidney health, as well as to prevent and abort pregnancy.
- Some ingredients appear to act as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticancer agents.
- As
a herbal treatment, Cat's Claw is used to treat intestinal ailments
such as Crohn's disease, gastric ulcers and tumors, parasites, colitis,
gastritis, diverticulitis and leaky bowel syndrome.
- Proponents claim that Cat's Claw can also be used in the treatment of AIDS in combination with AZT.
- Catï¾’s
claw is also used for the treatment and prevention of arthritis and
rheumatism, diabetes, PMS, chronic fatigue syndrome, prostate
conditions, immune modulation, Lyme disease and systemic lupus
erythematosus.
- A
2005 review of the scholarly literature on Cat's Claw indicates there
is supporting evidence toward its use in treating cancer, inflammation,
viral infection and vascular conditions, and for its use as an
immunostimulant, antioxidant, antibacterial and CNS-related agent.

who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant should avoid using catï¾’s

stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion (unfortunately
we cannot process empty containers as returns) in original packaging
with your invoice within 14 days from delivery date for a prompt refund
less shipping.
Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Only
one opened item of the same product is eligible for return. All others
of the same item must be in factory sealed original packaging for a
refund.
If more than 10 items from the order are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
