L-Arginine 500mg - 300 tablets

What is L-Arginine and How does it work?

Although L-Argenine is nothing but an amino acid, many health experts consider it to be the most potent nutraceutical on the planet. It has amazing human performance and anti-aging properties, and has been validated by a Nobel Science prize in 1998.

Since that time, nutritionists and doctors have amassed enough clinical evidence to prove that L-arginine is probably the best, most validated health supplement available today.

Arginine has gotten lots of attention lately for its potential heart benefits. That's important because, today, about 64 million Americans have some form of cardiovascular disease.

In the body, the amino acid arginine changes into nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a powerful neurotransmitter that helps blood vessels relax and also improves circulation.

Some evidence shows that arginine may help improve blood flow in the arteries of the heart. That may improve symptoms of clogged arteries, chest pain, or angina and coronary artery disease. However, there currently is no data on how the long-term use of arginine affects cholesterol or heart health.

There are other potential health benefits with arginine, such as possible reduction of blood pressure in some people and improved walking distance in patients with intermittent leg cramping and weakness known as intermittent claudication. Since arginine may help arteries relax and improve blood flow, it may also help with erectile dysfunction.

L-arginine helps with protein formation, collagen, prolactin and other growth hormones.

A direct and great benefit of L-arginine that it reduces weight of human body. Especially women are seen using them to control their excess fat. The effectiveness of L-arginine was first investigated by applying it on rats. In February 2009 the researchers of Texas A&M University took two groups of mouse and supplied them same amount of high calorie as diet. One group was supplied with arginine and other not. After a few days the normal rats gained 98% fat whereas the arginine supplied group got only 35%. Thus the effect was proved and since then people use it as weight reducer.

L-arginine helps the proper synthesis of protein that reduces fat. It greatly helps in muscle growth. It retains nitrogen which boosts immune system in the body. It also reduces bloating by controlling salt levels. L-arginine helps your body manufacture creatine, a protein that contributes to muscle mass and power Itメs main action is to create lean tissue that accelerates weight loss. Body builders very often use it because of its significant action in reducing fat. Researchers have found that L-arginine helps the body to promote muscle rather increasing weight.

L-arginine helps the body to make urea which you rid from your body to get rid of waste.  Certain conditions such as severe burns, sepsis, jaundice, protein deficiencies and malnutrition can affect your ability to produce L-arginine. So can dialysis. People who don't have enough L-arginine may have symptoms such as constipation, alopecia (hair loss) and skin problems. Their wounds may heal slowly, and fat may have built up in their livers.

First, it may treat disorders of urea production and waste removal. Some chemical imbalances cause the body to accumulate waste products. Depending on the chemicals involved, L-arginine can restore the balance.

If you find yourself with an open wound, L-arginine may be a good alternative. People with severe burns, malnutrition and certain wasting diseases may heal more slowly, raising the risk of infection and other complications. L-arginine is promising as a treatment in these cases.
